Student at Morgan State University. Founder of LadeWorks Staffing. I build businesses and software — usually at the same time, usually from a laptop.
I'm an undergraduate at Morgan State University in Baltimore. Outside of class I run a staffing company, build software, and spend a lot of time on the unglamorous parts — finding clients, answering the phone, shipping the thing.
I like work that compounds: systems that keep running after I close the laptop, and skills that are worth more next year than they are today. Right now that means staffing operations, building with AI tooling, and learning the financial side of business properly.
Founder
A staffing company placing reliable workers with businesses around Baltimore — warehouse, events, and general labor shifts. I handle sourcing, client outreach and scheduling end to end.
Building
I build small tools that remove real friction — meeting notes that write themselves, automations that handle the repetitive work. Mostly web, mostly shipped fast.
Side project
Running a short-form video channel end to end: sourcing, editing and publishing clips on a schedule. A useful lesson in distribution — the thing most builders skip.
Open to work, collaborations, and conversations — especially with people building something of their own.
